Kathleen Fairweather is the Art Director and webmaster at Fairweather Arts. Kathleen's paintings have been published internationally in magazines and books. She illustrated a children's book, The Stoutest Flautist by Lori Wilhite and her own The Cat Who Ran For President. She has also published The Picher Tornado, a book about a disaster in a small Oklahoma mining town.
Working in disaster assistance for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Kathleen has also been recently hired to teach a course in art and creativity for Amarillo College in Texas.
